College & Career

Our vision:

to create a place for people to encounter God, be transformed by his love, and be formed into whole-hearted followers of Jesus who joyfully carry the kingdom of God wherever they go.

Our values:

  • Presence-centered - We believe that the presence of God in our midst is of the utmost importance.  We want to build a place where God can come, dwell with us both individually in the secret place and corporately.  We believe that He is honored and lifted up in our midst, that He will have the space and freedom to shape and change us into His image.

  • Scripturally Rooted - We believe the Word of God is living and active, and that it is both inspired by God and authoritative on all matters as we seek to live out our faith.  We will seek to faithfully walk in obedience to God's word in our lives and teach and encourage others to do the same.

  • Community Focused - We believe that an integral part of our life with God is our life with others.  We desire to build a Christ-centered community where people feel welcomed, loved, and accepted and will experience genuine friendship as we pursue Jesus together.

  • Missionally Engaged - We believe that God is at work, healing and redeeming all things in Christ, and that as the church we are called to join God in that good work, both as individuals in our unique settings and callings, but also as a community reaching out to the world around us in both word and deed.

Meet Wesley Hodgson

I have had the privilege of being a part of this staff team since February of 2021 when I was invited to come on board as the pastor of our College and Career ministries.  My wife and I with our three children are so grateful to be a part of this church family, and are humbled and excited to have the opportunity to invest in the lives of these young adults.

I love connecting with people, sharing and teaching of God's word, and being a small part of helping people come to know Jesus better and learn what it means to follow Him in their own lives.
