Building Biblically Literate Families. Strengthening The Church. Forming Faithful Disciples.
"And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates." Deuteronomy 6:6-9
The family is one of the primary places where faith is formed, worldview is shaped, identity is established, and disciples are made. We believe the Church is called not simply to entertain children, occupy youth, or provide programs for families, but to form disciples who know God, know His Word, understand who they are, and faithfully live as His people in the world. This begins with parents who know the story of Scripture, understand the character of God, are secure in their identity, recognize the lies competing for their children's hearts, and have embraced their God-given responsibility to disciple the ones entrusted to them.
Family Ministry exists to come alongside parents and help equip and empower them to step into their God-given assignment to disciple their children. We believe that when parents become biblically literate themselves, their biblical worldview is strengthened, and that formation naturally shapes the way they teach, lead, and engage their children.
What is cultivated in the heart of a parent takes root in the home, ripples into the Church, and ultimately reaches the world.

Our Family Ministries Director:

Meet Jenna Hildebrandt
I'm grateful for my opportunity to serve at Ebenezer as the Family Ministries Director. I'm married to my favorite person, and we have two children. I have a deep passion for seeing people encounter Jesus, fall in love with His Word, and become rooted in the truth of Scripture.
I believe discipleship begins at home, and I'm passionate about coming alongside parents to equip and encourage them as they disciple their children. I also love helping people grow in biblical literacy, not simply knowing what the Scripture says, but understanding it deeply and allowing it to shape the way we live.
More than anything, I want to see families who know Jesus deeply, know His Word faithfully, and live as His people in the world. I'd love to get to know you and hear how I can come alongside your family. Please don't hesitate to reach out, I'd love to connect!
