At Ebenezer Youth, we have a need for leaders to rise up and invest in the next generation of leaders of the church. We have needs and opportunities in various ways and capacities. Leadership at Ebenezer Youth can look multifaceted; from being a life group leader, being an apprentice, being on our coordinator team, or any othe areas, we have opportunities for all kinds of people with various gifts.

If you are interested in applying for youth leadership at Ebenezer Youth, please read below:

Qualifications before considering to begin an application process for youth leadership

- You are a follower of Jesus

- You call  Ebenezer Baptist Church your church family (if from another church please reach out to chat about what youth leadership could mean for you)

- Jr Youth Leaders must be at least in grade 11. If in grade 11 or 12, it is mandatory to go through one year of being an Ebenezer Youth L.I.T beforehand

- Sr youth leaders must be out of high school and depending on the role at least 1-2 years out of high school as well

Process of Application

- Read the documents below (Comprehensive guide to youth leadership, various leadership roles )

- Fill out the Ebenezer Youth Leadership application

-Interview with the Jr/Sr Youth Pastor

- Give two references (one within the church, and one outside of the church)

- Sign off on Ebenezer Youth Leaders Code of Conduct, BGC Statement of Faith,  and BGC Marriage Statement

- Do a Criminal Record Check and a Vulnerable Sector Check

- Complete Because We Care training
