Glorifying God At Work | Chet Ingram
What if your Monday morning commute wasn't just about getting to work, but stepping into your mission field? This week we explored Ephesians 6:5-9 and discovered a powerful truth: your workplace is your act of worship.
Whether you love your job or struggle through it, whether you're the employee or the boss, God calls us to work as if we're serving Christ himself. Not for the praise of people, but to hear Him say, "Well done, my good and faithful servant." Your attitude, your work ethic, your integrity—they all paint a picture of Jesus to those watching.
Here's the challenging question: If your coworkers observed your character and effort this week, would they think highly of the God you represent? Remember, you're not just working for a paycheck. You're an image bearer of Christ, and where He has planted you matters more than finding the perfect job.
Work wholeheartedly. Serve enthusiastically. Represent Him well.
