What patterns are you passing on to the next generation? In our latest message from Colossians 3:20-21, we explored how Christ transforms our family relationships—from honoring our parents to breaking generational cycles of sin.

Paul's instruction is clear: "Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord. Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged." This isn't just about childhood obedience—it's about lifelong honor and intentional legacy-building. From Abraham to Isaac to Jacob, we see both blessings and struggles passed down through generations. But here's the good news: you don't have to live in bondage to your family's patterns. God is faithful to help you weed out the sin and cultivate the fruit He desires.

Whether you have a "boring testimony" of generational faithfulness or you're the first in your family to follow Jesus, God is inviting you to become who He created you to be. What will you pass on?
